I take it you mean how do you do pictures like that? Just take the picture in colour like normal, then edit it in Photoshop or Gimp.

Open the pic, duplicate layer, make bottom layer black and white, select top layer, select what you want black and white and delete it

Underneath each bottom bracket, the bit written in yellow, some of them say something like 73-113mm. Cos i know an old bottom bracket i had wasnt long enoug for my other frame :S
